Thats a good idea. Steak is expensive too so i might buy 1kg of steak and eat it in one sitting, one time to see what its like.

I was thinking 10 minutes for the steak, 8 for the chips and 8 for the veggies. That leaves me with 4 minutes.

This is weird… it’s supposed to be a deload week but i don’t feel like i need one. I’m still going to deload as planned, but I’m pretty sure it’s to do with getting alot of sleep the last couple of weeks.

i meant doing good and that i’m worried about the race to 200 kg DL

you don’t need to deload just because you are supposed to. do like arnold and break the rules.

Ohhh. Thankyou! Don’t be too worried though, my deadlift sucks haha. Taking a break from daily deads this week and I’ll get back on it next week.

That’s true. I probably break alot of rules already haha. I’m going to deload this week but keep the intensity high and drop the Cns taxing stuff like daily deads, also I’ll give my body a little break from heavy barbell stuff. I’ve done deloads in the past where i just had a lazy training week and it didn’t really refresh me that much, probably a waste of time for me to do that.

Omg after years of searching i found them!!! When i was a young lad the legend of the Chips ahoy cookie was so great, they were at woolies and coles Australiawide. One day an enthusiastic chips ahoy cookie fattie fanboy found out they don’t get sold anymore.:frowning_with_open_mouth: for years he looked at coles and woolies and all the other supermarkets to no success. I don’t handle deloads well, psychologically i need to train hard so a deload week where i dont do much is bad for me/ not really refreshed . plus i feel sluggish and weak after it. Im experimenting with deloading via reducing weights/barbell work and doing higher intenisty bodybuilding volume stuff. A break from heavy barbell/strongman events gives my CNS the recovery it needs
