romanian deadlifts up to 2x10 70kg and lighter backoff sets, which im surprised at given its my second time doing any serious hammy/glutes work in two months. iv only trained legs twice in two weeks and one day was bulgarian split squats and the other bw lunges.

Man that was a sick pump of a session. Tried out one arm barbell rows @Frank_C and these were hard af. The muscle activation was wayyy better then one arm db rows.
Single arm standing db shoulder press tri set with bent over rear delt raises and side laterals. 4×10 on each
5×10 one arm barbell rows with 5 clapping explosive pushups superset.
Pullup bar hangs/reverse curls superset for forearms. ( a little different this time, doing a pullup going up half way and holding it there, really burned the lats and good for increasing pullup strength)
4×20 seconds with 10 reverse curls
Holy shit forearms pumped to death.
Then like 3 more sets of reverse curls
Done. Tomorrow is bw leg stuff and sprints.
@simo74 since i cant train whenever i want ( have to rely on a mate coming to gym as well etc ) for now im just going when i can. So i can do sprints! Since on fridays heaps of my mates leave the college and go home for the weekend i cant train friday nights so i figured do some bw legs and sprints.
i think there’s one dude who’s pretty interested so far. just got to spend some time with them introducing them to movements they like and making sure they have fun ( so this means none of the forearms or shoulder superset shit i did today which burnt like fuck and isnt fun haha) then maybe they’ll stick around. it’d be good to have a proper gym buddy as i’ve always just trained by myself.
Really need to get some scales. Am looking progressively better in the mirror so thats good. Im not craving in to constant hunger so thats a win and I’m trying to do good in the T-Ransformation challenge.

I drink 1L of milk everynight before bed. It helps get in some calories/helps with recovery. I keep waking up looking good in the morning and not bloated or anything so thats a win.

Staying at sisters and mums for the weekend. Apparently weighing 80kg but thats after a full day of eating. Excited to see the morning weight and im hoping for 78kg. (My lowest weight three weeks ago was 75-76 in the mornings.)
Do you remember me climbing the silo? I was using just my arms to climb up the ladder but failed really early.
I’ve got my gym stuff back now so im going to retry it with chalk tomorrow lol. Im interested to see how i go, im a little heavier now + A little bit of my back/grip strength has returned so theyl probs cancel each other out and il do just as bad as last time LOL
Also im glad i have my band back now- my shoulders are still iffy from my incline bench incident in my last gym session prior to the hiatus ( they were already bad before that). Now i can start doing lots of pull aparts again, which make my shoulders feel great!
Later on at night lots of band pull aparts. Was supposed to do some sprints and bw stuff and jumps but hamstrings a bit sore from wednesday so doing them tomorrow. Took a nice warm bath for recovery then a colder one.
Its nice to have a bath because i cant at the college. The girls dorms have baths though but not the guys there rooms are also double the size of the guys ones as well.
