I might have to throw in the towel on my stubbornness on Daily Dose. I’ve been doing five singles no matter how I feel and I’ve felt like crap for about four days now (lower back soreness). I might settle for three singles today. Yesterday was workout #7 where I did 80% so today would be a good day to slack off.

Yeah, definitely remove the stubborness man. Infact theres been a day where i wasn’t feeling too shabby so i just did 1 single. I just view it from a training gain standpoint: if I’m worn out then it will effect the rest of my workout so just keep the daily deadlift intensity lower if need be.

Thankyou! It took me alot of mental effort lol. I actually cant believe the rate at which it improved since doing daily deadlifting.

Third time doing yoke. Got up to 200kg for 15 metres in 15 seconds. May have shat a little… :grimacing: comp weight is 250kg. I could go a little heavier then 200, but yeah its heavy!
