Awesome speed. Did them as speed pulls and they were fast as hell. Definitely fasted I’ve pulled 110kg. Accidentally deleted video :expressionless:

10. Hip flexors sorta seized up and couldnt walk, had to stretch them for ages before i could leave the gym. Fuck this. Screw that. Just going to do stuff i know doesnt mess with my hip flexors like planks and ab wheel etc.

Bunch of hand bands. Next week adding the 5 second holds on last rep of each set. After that its each rep, then I’ll do upside down closes starting with the trainer and moving to the 1 when thats to easy. Then might buy the 1.5

Pins and needles has stopped. I think it was from tightness/Something wrong with my trap, from deadlifting with my head looking up. I’ve been working on a more neutral head position so it’s fine now.

Hmm btw what you weighing at these days dude. I’m under the impression you aren’t that heavy just because you’re a young guy but maybe I’m wrong

Not explosive like tuesday. Form best it’s been though. @mortdk i lowered the bar slower then usual too. @Frank_C i had my doubts about daily deads, but so far its working great! Also @ActivitiesGuy thanks for the heads up on fatigue management. I did what you recommended and I’ve only been doing 2-3 sets of 1 rep. Feeling pretty good.

Failed on 4th rep. Sucky day because gym partner moved to queensland for 5 months, so had someone random spotting me. 0 hype/ bench motivation lol.

Not much actually. Couple more kilos maybe 4-5kgs total over this cut cycle and the next one with a maintenance phase in the middle over the next seven months. Plenty of time. Pretty chill cruisy and comfy. Hopefully have barely anything to cut for comp.

My gym nemesis said he gonna be cutting so if he wants to come in looking all skinny and shit I’m gonna go all King Kong on him because there’s no weight classes in the jungle

Thanks guys! Just been trying to work on different stuff each day and it’s coming together. Going to continue with this daily dose and slowly add weight.

What do you weigh right now? Man screw that cutting stuff, I’d just do a water cut haha. I dont see myself cutting for a few years until i get to the point where i have to for a comp.

Haha it does help a bit mate. I just think about putting it back on the ground and not squatting it down. If i even think about lowering it, i fuck it up😬
