So went rollerblading with my sister/mum today. That was stuffed. I fell over about 5 times and it got worse each time and i kept almost falling over and twisting and shit. I capped it after i kept falling over because i didnt want to f*** myself up. I kinda feel jacked up now. I do not like rollerblading lol… it was good after though because went to sizzlers after and ate about 2kg of food including a 500g tbone and chips.

Worst leg pump I’ve ever had. Legs were shaking and i nearly fell over when walking after my sets. Definitely keeping these in. Best leg exercise I’ve done honestly.

Warmup: forearm stretches, hand bands.
5×5 with a 5 second hold after each rep. Got to set 3,4 and 5 and i couldnt get the 5th rep. Once i complete this workout in full the #2 is going down. Didn’t use “Slaya Rage”

I have no idea, you see my shoulders n joints r generally fucked so I’m afraid to go heavy, I already get injured enough lol. I just put on 1 of the big plates on each side and do as many as I can, that’s me benching.
