@Yogi1 selling weed at school and getting snitched on doesnt count right? I was like 12 and got let off with a warning from the police but thats about it when it comes to my criminal activity.

He will still love us. Duke is a good guy. The good ones sometimes fuck up gets busted but still loves us :slight_smile:

Ate good today compared to yesterday.

1 Bowl of cereal
Some greek yogurt
×2 Vegemite toast.
1 footlong Ham chicken salami cheese salad roll from subway
375 grams of carbonara pasta (microwaveable meal)
Plate of ×4 Steak kebabs, Veggetables and potatoes
Another smaller plate of dinner.
Tin of salmon
1 litre of milk.

Mature, responsible people don’t blame the police (or teacher, coach, boss, etc) when they get caught doing something wrong. They acknowledge their mistakes, take responsibility, and move on! :wink:

Todays training

short quick paced pumpy workout today. no one wanted to go to the gym so one of the supervisors watched me instead and only had 15 minutes.

barbell rows and single arm dumbell shoulder press superset 5x10 and then some pullup bar hangs and reverse curls. didnt have time to warmup much and felt a bit sluggish but allgoods.
not much rest between sets thats for sure haha!

yesterday food

×4 toast
2 hashbrowns
2 eggs
2 sausages
2 ham and cheese croissants
Bacon

Apple

350 grams of butter chicken and rice microwaveable meal

Cake.

5 sausages, mashed potatoes and veggies.

Milk.

Thinking of cutting out desserts. I like them but dont want to gain too much fat.

Although im not really eating that much so given the mirror changes thus far i think they are fine for now.

5×15 db rows (easy cant add any more weight) and some pullups. Back pumped and looking thicc.

Chinese beef noodles for lunch that the girl i like brought to school for me :heart_eyes: future mrs.

Mac and cheese+ veggetables at dinner. plate of that
Didnt have dessert.
