I used to consult as an owners rep for developers. There are disagreements on validity of change orders that result in some form of dispute resolution. If an owner disagrees on basis of contractual reasons, eg. not in plans and specs or, more often, conflicting info in documents, then contractors tend to bring claims. Those claims take years to work through whatever form of dispute resolution they have agreed to.

I’m not saying that it happens sometimes either. In fact, I’m saying it happens quite often. If you do enough $500M+ contracts there are bound to be subs who bring claims.

Do you have the back stories on the murders? I don’t doubt there have been unprovoked attacks but I also wouldn’t doubt that in many cases the trannies sexually harassed or assaulted men either directly or via manipulative deception, the men defended themselves, but in the dying woke climate the trannies were still the victims.
And why are men in women’s sports and bathrooms non starters?

Standard is to hit a human size target at 500 yards with 10/10 rounds.

Don’t those examples sound weird to you? Do you kill a 17 year old fat chick or gay dude who sexually harasses you or do you just exit the scenario?
I was BS-ing with my neighbor, who felt this was some kind of elaborate plot, and who thought the real shooter woykd never be found.
He said that the exit wound and blood splatter nehind Kirk were both too small to be caused by a rifle from that distance. And that from position on the roof were the alleged shooter was videod, he wouldn’t have had the right angle on Kirk to hit him where he did. And in his opinion the fatal shot came from a smaller weapon, much closer.
Has anyone heard any similar news/info/opinions? Or is my neighbor just whacko?

Nope. That was absolutely a rifle round hitting its target. If you’ve ever killed a deer or large game, that’s what it looks like on neck shots. A lot of blood on impact, spine severed, goes limp and some twitching. It’s horrible to watch that video, but no doubt in my mind a rifle shot.
