American men are generally morally squeamish. All harsh measures are frowned upon. It’s better to die oneself or let society go to shit or for innocent people to get hurt or die, including their own kids.

I haven’t read all this thread but man I think it is a travesty for a 31 year old father to be dead….killed in front of his wife and children. Despicable and sad; a tragedy. If you disagree with what he may have said so what. Thank God you were given the right to think otherwise and have the right to say so. I hope for all of us we can begin to appreciate how far we have fallen short and begin to do better. This is disgraceful and my heart goes out to Mr. Kirk’s family.
