That’s an awesome session.
I suck at Sumo DLs but it’s something I’m going to have to work on in the future. I can’t believe that it allows you to move more poundage when I can’t even get the form right.

Nice work man. I am not a fan of sumo either.
^ Haters. I love sumo, but I have T-Rex arms and a 50 inch chest so I was made for sumo.
Thanks y’all. I’ve been working my ass off all day and most of last night, I’m beat. No lifting tonight, well pretty much nothing until Monday, going of town in the morning. Going to see the in laws which is always fun but taxing. More than likely will be a fasting weekend, rather not eat than eat junk.
235.8 this morning, I believe that’s 3lbs even. Me likey!
Congrats on the weight. 3 lbs is nice!
I popped in to give a 2-day update on the rhodiola.
My lower belly measurements taken the day I first took it was 23 mm (one variable is that I took this way later in the evening, after eating several meals already that day)
This morning my lower belly measured 14 mm (tested that like, 8 times and kept getting 14)
I don’t know if it’s only the rhodiola that’s working but whatever it is, I like it! =D

Nikki, in the interest of science, a pic of your lower belly would seem appropriate. Yeah, science.

sigh Of course I read that after breakfast =(

I will be following this experiment. No, seriously I’m interested in your results not just the sexay visuals.

Like!
DUDE!
Youe diet looks really strict, actually. If you can stick with it, you should lose weight pretty steadily. A word of caution, though, some days you’ll feel sluggish and weak. You will statr to freak out that you’re “losing muscle”. You’re not. Yo’re just suffering through carb-withdrawl-induced PMS. If you can tough it out it goes away. As long as you’re still lifting hard, and getting lots of nutrients via a good variety of veggies, you will not lose muscle.
That sluggish period is generally what causes the big boys here to turn into blubbering little girls and quiet dieting.
So, “well done”.

I’m sure it is the rhodiola because the fat there has stuck on me through diet and thermogenics haha
Now is the first time I’ve seen some progress.
Are you really fasting this weekend? How’s it going?

Thank you. I usually run a carb cycle diet with more cheat meals and a more calories so I’m pretty used to going without carbs. This hasn’t been too bad, the one thing I’ve noticed more than anything is my brain doesn’t see to work as well, little cloudy and sluggish. Just picked up some Power Drive which helped me last time I went so strict.
One thing I have a problem with is veggie variety. Usually broccoli, asparagus, green beans and peas are the staples, used to eat spinach but got sick on it one time and the thought turns my stomach.

That’s certainly promising then, I have not been able to get rid of my gut ever. I was at 13% BF and still had a bit of a gut. Fingers crossed.
No I didn’t really fast, kept it as clean as I could with 6 hours of travel involved and only had 3 meals a day. This morning had my cheat meal, truck stop breakfast. I always have regrets after a cheat meal but this time I just regret eating there, usually like a cheat meal to be worth it.
Strong pulling dday.

^Thanks bulldog.
Ass kicked tonight, even though it’s deload time again. Pushed that damn evil prowler around for about 30 min. The last set was so bad I laid on the driveway for a long time with my eyes closed, when I opened them everything was the wrong color, little weird.
The damn tar patches in the street suck! They constantly catch the skids and can stop that SOB dead.
warm up drills
1/4 mile jog
plyo stuff
prowler work about 90 yards
2 laps w/45’s high bars
2 laps w/45’s+25’s low bar down high back
1 lap w/45’s+25’s+80lb bag
1 lap w/45’s+25’s+80lb bag dragging a tire (video)
Legs are trashed, I have a feeling tomorrow the stairs will be my enemy.
That looks vomit inducing! NICE!
