why are you squatting to a box? you arn’t sitting back far enough to help with your hamstrings in my opinion and if I remember right you don’t compete. Either way I think you should lower the box just a little and put a piece of 2 inch foam on it. That way when you sit down you know you are at or below parallel but you are not bouncing onto the box which I think is causeing you to fall forward.

Also if you try to drive your elbows forward and drive your head into the bar as you come out of the bottom it will force your chest up and help combat the forward lean.

oh and as a side note I dont think you need to box squat like these guys as I think it benefits geared lifters more than non-geared lifters. These are of course just my thoughts
