2.Squat with your hips and not your legs.
Totally need help here, will certainly focus on this more.

3. At your height,I would make sure the bar placement is as low as possible so that the torque is reduced on your back and helps to keep your squat from becoming a sumo good morning.
My normal squat is low bar, it’s hard to see at that angle. I tried high bar and thought it would help, it didn’t so I’m back to low bar.

4. Really focus forcing your butt back when you squat.
Did you see my question about going a little heavier to improve form? When I use this light of weight, little things like this slip my mind because 185 isn’t really that heavy and I’m so focused on forcing my butt down I forget to go back first.

5. Hamstring … hamstring … hamstring strength. Work the hell out of them.
NOOOOOOOO!!! j/k I hate working hamstrings but I man I really need to do them more. Guess I’ll add a few romainian deads next week.
I had been doing box squats and thats when I got called out on depth, really that’s what started this obssion with depth. I should post the original video for everyone to point and laugh. I really like doing them and was getting out what I wanted, might just drop the depth issue and go back to what I like.
Thank you so much for the help, I hope that by quoting everything I don’t come off like I’m trying to be a know it all or not listening because I am listening and will work on everything.
