WTF!
Great video, it’s nice to see the forum members becoming more supportive of one another the past couple of months despite differing sizes, leanness, strengths and goals after a certain negative influence was removed.

Rich definitely brings up great points in that video. Most BBers are “Me vs you”, especially in the amateur divisions. You get a lot of meathead guys thinking they are the most badass dude ever because they sport a lot of muscle. It seems most guys in the Olympia are pretty buddy buddy for the most part.
Also, the camaraderie on TN has improved quite a bit it seems. I wasn’t posting for a while because all the threads were garbage, just arguing bullshit.

Out of curiosity, how do you know he was removed, and just hasn’t been posting lately?

I don’t think it really matters. The forums have noticeably improved in quality regardless. The old question of ‘hits’ vs quality has been answered if you ask me.
Getting back to Piana, I’ve got to say that I only first heard of the man this past year. Without questioning his approach, all I can say is OMG that’s a big F-ing arm! -lol. Has anyone seen shots of him next to some of the larger IFBB pros? I remember years ago when I was a fan of WCW Wrestling, and everyone was always going on about Scott Steiner’s arms. Then, in one issue of Flex magazine they had a photo of him standing (flexing?) next to Coleman, and suddenly he didn’t look as monstrous as I had previously thought. Of course Big Nasty could make anyone look tiny in his prime.

The arms are ridiculously big even compared to the top guys, but they sure ain’t muscle. But the cool thing is that he somehow found a way to make them look pretty “natural”.
fantastic news.
I miss professor X.
I just learnt about Rich Piana, very cool videos. but talking about BB interviews nobody beats the Drasin’s videos.

I love Drasin. The fact that he was ‘there’ back in the day, with so many of the names we’ve heard, and read about over and over, and he’s so forthcoming with the stories,… it just makes me a bit nostalgic for an era I only know about from hearing tales ![]()
