Yes. In this country we have exactly that STANDARDS. You shoot and kill somebody, that is outside of the standards, and you will be killed back, or caged for the rest of your life because of it. Ok heres the deal:
take two pieces of bread. Bread of your choice (I dont eat bread much anymore cause I’m kinda ‘gluten free’ cause of my girlfriend but thats besides the point)
I dont like mayo or anything so for a spread I use hummus. preferably roasted red pepper. its delish
spread hummus on the bread (obviously)
put some slices of cheese on there. Its important to put cheese on both pieces of bread to hold the sammy together (sammy is short for sandwich)
place copious amounts of sliced turkey in there.
Throw a handful of fresh baby spinach in there.
Put sliced up Avocado in there next… the more the merrier with avocados
Smash bread pieces together.
KEY PART OF THE WHOLE SANDWICH
Place into a George Forman Grill and smash down panini style. Dont smash it too hard as to squeeze out the precious avocado… brown it up and enjoy your sandwich… preferably all while NOT having sex with any relatives.

I think the actual british studies were on first-cousins, not siblings. It doubled the chance of birth defects, but still less than women over 40. But, and this is huge, the pakistani population they were examining had a long history of first-cousin marriages, and over time the percentage of harmful genes had risen way high.

If you are a 1000 miles away from a continent, then you would be on Tristan da Cunha, which is populated with women. But I digress.
Well, I would probably use my phone as it can connect to Satellites, but if I can’t use that. Then I guess, I’d sit around on the beach and get tipsy off of rum and wait for a boat to come by. I’m sure I could build a shelter that could keep us both warm, without having to resort to sex.
