Question regarding dosing on this product, best taken early in the day or at bedtime? With food or on an empty stomach?

No, nothing but 3 tabs per day.
Hmmm… My mistake then. I guess if it’s not specified then it won’t make too much of a difference.
I take mine in the morning when i wake up. I feel its best.
I take only one cap each morning, mostly due to i feel that works best for me.
BradyZ i just bought 3 bottles…you take only one a day…do you see any changes…i know it takes time but only one? thanks!
Check out the discussion thread on REZ-V. A lot of questions on dosages from amount, to how often, to gender, to everything is on there.
It takes some time to scan through but I think you’ll get a much more detailed explanation there. You’ll find some do 1 a day, 3 a day, even 2 a week.

I’ve varied between 3-1 a day. And the results were different. It just depends what you are taking it for.
I agree that the thread has a lot of discussion. The problem is it doesn’t have much information. I did read that it was recommended by Chris Shugart to take it first thing in the am, and he takes 3 caps. According to the literature, it reads that the dosage of one cap would be sufficient but again, it is unclear. Biotest keeps saying 3 caps even though the literature provided states that the dosage of one cap is fine.

I use it for long term benefits, so that is why I only do one a day.
I do up the dose if I used a PH or PS. Also, when I use Alpha Male, I add a second cap.
I do the one cap for cost and long term use reason.
