Revised Beginner Cycle

Yes, you’re going to retain most of your gains, the only significant difference will be the fact you’ll lose water weight.

Seeing how this is a beginner cycle, here’s your two most basic options:

500mg test/wk for 12 weeks
6 wk stasis of 100mg/wk
5wk taper: 80 60 40 20 20

OR

This is assuming you are lean…

750-900mg test/wk for 8 weeks
4 wk stasis of 100 mg/wk
4-5 wk taper

Pretty easy, eh? No sense in overcomplicating shit.

Sorry to hijack here, but lifter215, if you are going to run that dose for 10 weeks, you will want to add another two weeks to the stasis. However, run it for 8 weeks and you can get away with 4.

Excellent. Thanks. I think I know what I need to do now.

Might add in some Proviron but otherwise stick to what you laid out.

Should I add in some clomid at the end or isn’t that neccessary atall?

I personally wouldn’t worry about clomid at all.

However, remember to use an AI if only necessary while on cycle if e related sides arise. I’m becoming a big fan of aromasin.

Then use nothing but test during the stasis seeing how it would be counterproductive.

And finally, during your taper if you have gyno, nolvadex would be good addition at around 20mg ED until it subsides.

I totally support your proviron usage; the higher your test dosage the better the proviron seems to work.

Yup. I will take the 8 week route I think. But I’m only going to start in about ±9 weeks, I’m going to start the cycle just as I finish my natural training cycle and I’m near my limits again, and then I’m going to take a week off, and then start the juiced cycle. Getting everything I need in the meantime. Will post my results on this board. How much I gain and how much I retain.
