Review My Workout

Five years of lifting and I am now on the first {prescribed} program I have ever done and I could not recommend it enough. If you want some serious gains look at Dymatize’s “Project Mass”. Great example of high frequency done correctly. In my second microcycle and have blown up like a balloon and had my strength increase massively. Btw at frist glance, it can look a little easy… I guarantee you it is not!

I’m the opposite. I’ve done programs for the majority of my training. I’m glad to hear it’s working for you though! Major breakthroughs in training are always awesome.

Thanks man! got say, felt like a Dymatize salesman writing the post :joy: but so happy with the results I felt it necessary to spread the good news.

Even if you don’t do the program I’d recommend giving it a read over, they have an interesting approach to hypertrophy implemented into their micro/macro cycles… makes for some riveting procrastination.

I made a DUP Workout and did the first one last night so hoping i did everything right. Though I went with very heavy-light-moderate-power.
