Returning to Training After Years

Why everyone. Years ago I was in great shape and kept it I roughnecks and drilled and did just about everything oilfield. Untill I moved up to management. I started loosing progress but found a happy place once there. Wasn’t what I was but it was acceptable given the lack of time I had to work out. I squeezed in what I could when I could and everywhere in between. But if any of y’all have been in the field. It’s travel coast to coast 9+ months out of the year. And rarely in the same town twice. So finding a guy. Was even harder unless I wanted to be paying for 20 memberships.

Had a bad motorcycle wreck a few years back. ICU for 3 months a wheel chair for 6(or was supposed to be 6 but I’m stubborn) and I fell to rock bottom. I’m still stronger than half the guys out here in their early twenties. But the beer gut. And lathargicness set in. I now have two boys. And it’s killing me that I’m not in tip top to be ready for baseball and hiking and all with them. All the gear I used to do was pretty much set up by a co worker for me and what I needed

So far just eating clean as heck and running around the rigs I’m down from 298 to 260 range. But wanting to get back somewhat closer to where I was. I’ve got good guys out here gym access now though free time isn’t the best but better than it was. And have access to the majority of what I used to use.

So not to rant and give stupid life stories but if there’s any more oil guys out here that know the struggle. I’m really looking for someone that can help me better understand the stuff I don’t understand with research and help me make sure I have and am training the way I should be. I think I’m on the right track. But it’s been a decade almost and a 90mph asphalt facial. So I’m second guessing

Lol. Yea. Real specific. What I should be stacking and running. Before we never cycled t. It was just a constant. But we’d cycle tren forte and deca. Right now I have access to a good bit. But went with old faithful right off the bat. Test sust and tren ace. Didn’t want ace due to EOD. But that was my option

You’ve proven you don’t have a track record for consistency at the gym. You’ve stated your still overweight… 260lbs is overweight unless you’re Ronnie Coleman in his prime. You have no business running drugs. Get yourself in line brother. Prove to yourself first that can live a proper lifestyle through clean eating and adequate gym attendance for a year. Then, when you’re in prime non using shape… reconsider.

Wow guys I appriciate it. Really. Shows me alot about folks. It’s a simple question. As I stated for years I did tren forte and test cyp. I’ve been working out for the past three months. Back on a clean diet. Not looking to go crazy just a little of both to help my energy levels. Sorry after pulling 18hr days I’m wore out and tired. But still pushing myself. We don’t get insurance out here. So I’d rather not pay for a low t clinic again. But it’s what ever. Def better ways to try and tell a guy who straight up said he’s looking for guidance to chil

So is anyone willing to inform me what a small dosage of test and tren will do negatively at this point? We all used to use it to cut on the rigs. Which is exactly why I’m asking or attempting to ask guys that know this stuff inside and out.

Which one is this? Never heard of it. Anyway, go to a doc, get lab work done, likely low T, start HRT and reap the benefits of more energy and proper hormones. Begin gym routine with good diet, 6-12 months run a cycle of test 500mg for 12 weeks.

Tren forte 200 from so labs. It’s a bit longer lasting and slower release. I believe the half life was 5-6 days. Though I don’t have that at the moment. I have ace. I always tried to keep gear under wraps due to the amount I fly. And the amount of people I work and live close with on a rig. EOD just really raised the risk of someone stumbling in and being a snitch. But yes I’m holding off on pinning until I get home. T was low years ago. I’m sure it hasn’t gotten any better. So heading back to the t clinic to get them to run the tests and cut a RX like I used to have. Simply because I know where I am at now with my levels after blood work. And the Rx means airport and work is a non issue. But since we have no insurance I opt for not purchasing via a pharmacy. Lol they’ll rape you

Seems like that’s the best solution for you to start. Get on TRT, train for a few years, make a ton of progress, then opt for steroids if you think you need them.
