Typically the people who blow themselves up are slow. “Religious” leaders have always recruited the dregs of society to do their dirty work and they need religious indoctrination to brainwash them. How many “normal” Muslims do you think would actually consider blowing themselves up for Allah?
If you think they are concerned about attaining paradise then you don’t understand their real motivation. It is a tactic used to scare and kill. What is more scary than the idea of some crazy-ass killing himself to take out a few people here and there?

He assured me that there’s a staggering amount of disinformation going on there. The idea is that, since they can’t defeat terrorism by force, they are investing in propaganda. I wouldn’t be surprised either way…

No, they didn’t blow themselves up, they tied bombs to a couple of mentally disabled women, sent them shopping and blew them up. That is a step below suicide bombing. Using innocent disabled people to do your dirty work. That’s the sick part. If that gets those assholes to heaven, it’s not a place I want to be.
