Resveratrol Question

Anyone have first hand experience with this supp?

My main interest is the effect on estrogen. I definitely suffer from estrogen linked fat distribution - chest and glutes. Also the energy problems etc linked with estrogen dominance.

I do, started taking it for the same reasons as you.

Noticed NOTHING from it personally, been taking it for quite a while, when my bottle runs out I will not buy more. I will see if stopping it has any effects positive or negative.

Resveratrol gave me headaches and joint pain, and later bigtime GI problems from the cheap-ass quality of the product that I bought. I don’t have access to a quality product for anywhere near an affordable price, though, so I can’t say what the effect of a top-quality product would be.

Thanks for the replies. I think it is easy to get sold into the hype.

When I look at my condition over the last few months, i have always thought i was in better shape than i really was. I Think it’s a case of having a year of good training, nutrition and sleep. Work hard to hold onto lbm and drop bf.

And moderating alcohol and processed food intake and see what the body does. Long term over short term now.

Rez-V is one of the few supplements I take everyday. From my experience, the anti-estrogen effects aren’t necessarily drastic enough to notice a change, but I take it because it’s a strong antioxidant.

Dude, if anything, cutting down on alcohol and processed foods is going to have a bigger short-term impact than almost anything else.
