Restrictive Blood Flow Training Thoughts?

Hi Coach (and everyone),

Randy Orton recently spoke about how he uses restrictive blood flow training straps on his legs and he loves the pump.

I was curious as to what your thoughts were on the subject and if you had and schemes or time limit of it to follow-and also if it’s ok to do on both your arms and legs!

I have mixed opinions about it. I personally have no experience with it so I can’t comment from experience. The science is solid and a friend of mine got positive results from it. But another ended up in the hospital because of a cardiac issue. I personally will not use it, but feel free to try it.

Excellent as always coach. Thanks again for creating this forum btw, I’ve gotten much stricter with my diet and more knowledgeable with my diet as a result of it. I look forward to one day working with you as a client!

Is it bad that I saw RBF, thought “resting bitch face,” and thought that it was a deep dive into neurotyping?

Cardiac issue?

If I will start with strength move without straps and then do pump work with them, what can possibly be a disadvantage?

I have no experience with it. I won’t make recommendations
