Replacing Eggs for Breakfast

what would you guys suggest to have as a breakfast replacement for eggs if you couldnt have them everday

Tuna, chicken, cottage cheese? What’s wrong with eggs?

o umm theres alot of people in my house and it costs 2 much if i eat like 4 eggs a day. There would be now left for anyone else haha

I was also looking for a replacement for eggs. I have tried to stomach them but the texture makes me wanna throw up.

I usually switch how i cook my eggs to keep me from not liking them. I eat them hard boiled for awhile then i wil switch em to omelets etc. Maybe fry a few up and put them between 2 pieces of toast with cheese for an egg sandwich and such.

Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Dash of Olive Oil.

Scramble.

Nuke for 1 minute.

planned extra portions from dinner and eaten cold if in a rush

just swallow a few raw with your meals during the day, much easier than cooking them.

i just have a big homemade shake for breakfast

I hate eggs, with a passion.

The only way I get them down is if I add “Mrs. Dash” southwest chipotle seasoning. It’s calorie free and salt free.

Freaking mix that shit in while your frying your eggs, then throw those fried eggs on a toasted bagel with some cheese and a shitload of ketchup!

if you got the time, (which isn’t too much time) throw in finely chopped green and red peppers with some onions and spinach while you’re frying your eggs with the southwest chipotle seasoning, then throw that shit on top of a toasted bagel with cheese. Now that is a damn good breakfast right there!

Top it off with some organic cran-blueberry juice and its like jesus was shitting mannah from heaven all upon your hungry ass!! MMMMMMMMmmmmmm MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm!!!

I enjoy fried eggs just the way it is.

you do not have to have eggs everyday, mix it up every morning

mon: yogurt
tues: cottage cheese and pineapple
wed:eggs
thrus: turkey sausage
friday: protein shake
sat:???
sun:???

always try to change what you eat, if you eat the same stuff everyday you may get a food alergy or a very big dislike for something

Breakfast is just another meal during the day. You DONT have to just eat eggs. You can have steak or chicken, if you can stomach it that early in the morning. I enjoy eggs and they are fairly inexpensive for me, but everyonce in a while I need a change.

What kind of diet are you on? Are youtrying to bulk up or thin down? This is also a factor in what you shold be eating.

I dont know if your all about taste but I get powdered egg whites on http://store.honeyvillegrain.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=578 their not badly priced plus they have whole sale grains and such if you’r down for that.

You can add some flavor and some protein by mixing sausage or ham in with scrambled eggs. Get the meat cooking first, then add in the eggs.
