Replacing Calf Raises in Program with Lunges?

I feel like you are agreeing with me here. I don’t want grip to be the limiting factor on a farmer’s walk.

What do you mean by move up the rack? With the farmers walk I’ll do them with Dumbbells for now, and eventually I’ll get some farmers handles, once I have more space for a home gym

That’s the way to do it!

He means go up in weight. Farmers handles can be carried into a gym and loaded up!. You don’t need a garage gym

No true Scotsman… :stuck_out_tongue:

Unless you want to compete, grip strength can be worked on other ways.

And yes, up the weight. And kettle bells are really more comfortable. I didn’t start seeing results with the walk until I broke the 100 lbs per (I have had a total of 5 dislocations, so taking it easy was key for me. It also held me back as I didn’t want to dislocate my shoulder again while carrying heavy weights tied to my hands…,)

And yes punisher, I did miss read. Getting is my excuse and sticking to it.
