Day 109 Military Press

Deload- been away for a month, i hit the gym twice while I was out there but it wasn’t very well equipped so i made do with just mostly doing things for my back. I broke 170 and am at 172 now, but I look a lot leaner strangely, I guess living off of MREs and rucking everywhere has its benefits

Deload-It felt good to finally deadlift with a proper setup again, but by god I was laying on the floor panting at the end

Dlouda: Thanks for stopping by, I definitely have made some gains and I look completely different from when I started back in 09, right now I’m sitting at 171-172 but sadly i’ve been getting some crap when we do height and weight because i am 2 lbs away from the maximum for my height (5’8") so i need to start looking in to see if i can pass the tape test before i push past that mark because my college tuition assistance is basically riding on that stupid little detail right now…

Past few days my hip has been popping a lot so I’ve been focusing on fixing the problem,my squat groove felt pretty bad today

Been away for the past few weeks, doing conditioning complexes and just working with what i had for the most part, but I’m back in full force, just loaded the fridge up with lots of food and got back from the gym but yet again the altitude change is wiping me out
