Tried some of that Jack3d stuff that a friend gave me, I felt a rush on the way to the gym and for the first 5 minutes before i even finished my mob warmup and jump roping but then it just went away, I’ll give it a try again the next few sessions but probably won’t buy it as of now.

Day 134 Deadlift

Tried that Jack3d stuff again, did absolutely nothing for me so I’m not going to waste my time with it anymore, that stimulant stuff never does anything for me, even Spike Shooters i feel nothing.

Tire drags- until i wanted to die.

Nice stuff man, tire drags are the worst.

This is smart, but I think you should consider making jumps of +20 on DL’s from time to time if you’re hitting this many reps.

Agreed. If you use wender’s 1RM calculator, your 245x10 comes out to around 325 1RM which would mean a 290 or 295 training max, resulting in an increase of 25 lbs… Although your method of lifting is slower, since it produces steady progress, I suppose you have no complaints and are in no hurry.

Keep up the good work.

You have a stronger DL. I have a stronger squat, Our strength on BP and MP are exactly the same. Are your reps for the DL continuous? Doesn’t your form tend to deteriorate with higher reps? I ususally prefer the dead stop, reset, and go method.

I think that would be Jamie Eason

That’s a good idea man, i’ve been really wanting to push my deadlift a bit higher so after this deload I’ll bump it up 20 and see how that goes

for the most part on deads my form is almost the same from rep 1 to rep 10 just a slight deterioration here and there, i’ve really nailed my dl form down way more than any of the other lifts but on my warm up sets I stand up without the bar between each rep so I get that elastic hinge pattern ready before the work sets.

I’ve been messing around with Assess and Correct, everything in my lower body is pretty bang on except for a very minor APT right now which has come a long way since the beginning of the year but my upper body is jacked up.

So as of now the main things I know is I have forward head posture and my right shoulder is about an inch higher than my left. I have a long history of neck injuries in my right side, so there we go.

Benching today felt very good as I’ve been working on correcting these issues for about 2 weeks now so hopefully my upper lifts will start to show some improvement soon.
