OK any suggestions for high RBC 6.03. Cannot donate blood and prefer not going to the doctor if possible, had hepatitis few years ago starting to feel sluggish.

it could be a lack of sleep dude, how are we supposed to know without bloodwork?

Not familiar with these measurements but google said that normal range is up to 6.1 meaning your RBC is not high, its absolutely normal.
