I have been scheduled for physical therapy for knee pain that has left me unable to squat for a long time and now its painful even walking, especially up stairs (Most Likely Patellar Problems) as well as a shoulder issue that limits my choice of exercises. I have become weak and fragile
I want to speed up the healing process with a Low test e, Anavar, Tbol, and MK677 Cycle So i can regain my former strength+ more and begin competing again. What are yaālls thoughts on this?
Youād be better off with rest, recovery, and then slowly working back into the gym when you are able to. Taking a bunch of AAS while sitting on the couch isnāt gonna help.
Iād use TB500 and/or BPC157 with the MK677 (maybe) to speed up your post-surgery recovery
As someone who treats injuries with nutrition, rest, supplements, yoga, stretching, AND steroids, some of these substances can help. I am 60 and I hit it hard in the gym and on the field. Occasionally I have an injury that impacts performance. Rest is necessary - you canāt get around that. However, I can recommend from experience that low dose test, Primo, and Winstrol will help you bounce back quickly. How do I know this? Well I donāt know if there is a pub med study on it but I log everything whether on cycle or not and have for over 20 years. During a 10 year period in between steroid use, I would encounter certain injuries that required 2 days to 2 weeks to heal. On cycle (and resting) that is easily halved. As a matter of fact I just bounced back from multiple injuries that impacted my speed in sport by 10 MPH. Last year, off cycle, I had similar injuries that took three months to heal with the same protocol less steroids. I have tried anavar for healing and it helps, but Winstrol is easier on the joints. However, WInny is also harder on cholesterol.
My guess is that it is hearsay from folks who havenāt tried/tested and measured it. There are numerous write-ups, first hand and otherwise of Winstrolās care of joints. Please google āWinstrol collagen jointsā You will find many good sources supporting this. But, try it yourself and find out. Just make sure you are consuming plenty of water. Winstrol is also a strong diuretic and will drain hydration from muscles. This is what most likely causes the myth that it is hard on joints.
Yes, very true. I am sure you saw as many articles insisting Winny is hard on joints as there are articles insisting it helps. I was confused so I tested it. Winny + hydration (beyond my usual) = my 60 year old knees and shoulders that have been suffering for 15 years, feel great and I can perform better in the gym and in sport. Winny with my standard hydration = sore knees and shoulders.
Its not just the joints. It causes tendons to grow yeah but they grow wrong and weak. Lots of people rupture tendons on winny. Plus it nukes hair so iām steering clear.
Yes, it is easier to rupture a tendon on anything that boosts strength. Tren is another substance that is similar in that with the boost in strength, it is easy to over exert and rupture a muscle or tendon. But is that the fault of the substance of failure to manage ones own strength. I have rupture on tendon and two muscles over time and all of them were because I was overexerting.
