Costco sells organic, natural under their house brand. It is much cheaper than purchasing in the grocery store. I like it.

I just eat regular peanut butter. I go through a couple of kgs a week, too.

I’m not a bodybuilder, so I don’t really care that much about a bit of dextrose in it. In my local Asda it’s £1.67 for 340g jar of natural peanut butter and £1.56 for a 700g of regular. So it’s basically double the price.

I will second the costco natural PB as well. I think it’s 8 bucks for 2 regular sized jars of it. I think it tastes pretty good. Certaintly ooo gobs better than any other natural I have tasted.

I can’t bring myself to deal with the added sugar and transfats in processed peanut butter.

I was waiting for someone to mention the Presidents choice brand. I buy the 1kg crunchy(about $5.50) and it’s delicious!

I LIVE for peanut butter. It really is how I stay on my diets. lol It’s like my daily cheat. Although, I have cut my intake down to about 2 tbps/day -I NEED it. lol

I go through about 1KG/week…honestly, 2kgs is a little extreme. That’s a lot of trans fat, calories and SUGAR. As much as I understand your pain, I might try and cut that back. lol Like, a spoonful in the morning and night. But you NEED to stop eating the “regular” stuff -it’s like poison in a jar. Read what’s in it…then read what NOT in the Presidents Choice brand Just Peanuts.

TIP: Don’t bother making a mess by stirring it, store it in the fridge upside down instead! =)
