For those of you who are on a low-carb diet, how often do you have a re-feed day? Once a week? Once every two weeks like in Berardi’s Get Shredded Diet, or is that too extreme? I’m just curious to see what works for different people. Thanks.

I don’t really worry about the weekends much, I kind of treat the weekend as a re-feed. I was keeping my week days extremely low carb but I am finding a re-feed mid week seems to help my performance. I am still very much experimenting. I would keep my weekends more strict but then I lose some quality of life in terms of eating out with the wife. Ideally I think I would re-feed on Wednesday and Saturday.

I’ve been on the Anabolic Diet for a while now…I think that might be a good spread…Wed/Sat…instead of the two consecutive…I find I feel satisfied after one day, and the second in a row just puts you back farther when cutting…and Mauro actually says you can do that, so I may opt for that starting this week…Like you said it seems to keep me performing better I think…
I will try it and let you know if your thread is still here… best luck,
