Ahhh glorious 420 has come to show us the light.
Smoked the bong before the gym haha best session ever.
Did dumbbell bench press for the first time since half a year. Worked up to 80 for reps last max i could remember of was 50. Then some tricep work with dumbbell skull crushers. Its awesome how just doing bodyweight stuff makes you stronger in everything. Terrible music as usual in the gym. Rap and techno remixs… why? just WHY??

Back in highschool there was a group of guys who thought working out wasted was awesome. They thought they were stronger when they were ‘raging’…

Arnold used to get baked and workout. Seemed to work for him. Theres always GHB the date rape/bodybuilding drug of choice. Proven to enhance Growth Hormone production. Always wondered what taking GHB is like. My brother took it down in Cancun and loved it.

Farthest I’ve ever gone pre-workout is bud and painkillers. Neither seemed to affect my workouts. Worst workouts were hungover in my early 20’s. Considerably noticable decrease in strength. Would sweat like a mother fucker and if i didnt stay hydrated I would feel sick and dizzy. You know…hungover.

Just came home from hitting the barls and railing 2g’s of coke.
Nothing like getting your swole on, hitting the bars, getting all the girls’ attention, railing snow…

Man, I’m sounding like such a meathead ahaha. Need to hit the sack.

It’s just a question of moderation.

I used to get drunk two or three nights a week + smoke weed once or twice a fortnight, nowadays I only get drunk about once a week & rarely smoke weed (or cigars which I also used to routinely indulge in).
