So this is it, their a few pic’s of my self, Today I weight at 163lbs for 5,10 and my best shape was at 175 so 10 pounds left to be gain at least but I need to start somewhere. I did include a pic of my leg’s the left leg has 6cm or 2 and 1/2 inch more than my right. BTW it’s only 2 week I am able to walk. Give me some good advise boy’s. I was at rest for 3 whole month.

How do you expect people to give advice if you do not state what your goals are?
You might want to lose weight for all I know and I could waste my time giving you advice on how to put on weight.
also you state a size difference in your legs, where length, calf, quads?
For what its worth… based on what you have posted, my advice would be to go for the full body wax instead of the clipper cut, get a tan and shave your face.
any other advice dealt out would depend on what you are trying to achieve.

You probably posted this in the wrong forum as well - this is Rate My Physique section intended for people who’ve worked hard and have a physique to rate.
Good luck - I know what a pain it is to recover from surgery.
Sorry for the lack of information, First thing first, I want to gain size, and pack on some muscle, maybe get to 180 by september. The size diffrence over my legs are only on the quads, calf is pretty much same size.
And if it can help this is my diet has we speak, + I do 40 minutes of cardio a day, to try to loose a bit of fat but that doesn’t matter much has we speak.
for my breakfast, most of the time it’s peanut butter with 2 slice of bread, 250 ml 0% fat milk.
After that 1 shake 2 hour later.
250ml oat meal +500 ml of 0% milk, 2 scoop of protein and 2 table spoon of peanut butter.
Diner is most likely fish with rice, chicken with rice, or sweet potatos,and vegetable
2 hour latter a another shake
and for super a steak with vegetable
Rate my physique is about the last place you need to be posting but you’ve got bigger balls then I do.
Read the stickies in the beginners section and start doing squats, deads, and bench.
