thanks… after surgery my left leg atrophied to around 21-22 inches so it took few steps back

I am now around 185 lbs. at 5’9"
bench: 240x9
squat: 350x5
deadlift: 385x1
wg pullups: 22-23
arms: 16.5 (@ 170 lbs)
leg numbers are down for obvious reasons
