There’s some stuff going on in my life, a bike wreck among it, that has sapped my appetite. I went from being holy shit active to sitting on my ass taking pain killers all day. Between being sedintary and taking pain pills, I’m not eating a quarter of what I was.
So here are my questions: How can I get my appetite back? Will taking the vitamins/minerals/BCAAs I was taking speed the healing process?
Maybe a sugared energy drink?
I know a lot of people have sugar stimulate their appetite, and high dose B12 does this to some as well.
I don’t know about the healing process though, so I’ll bump this thread for that one.
I don’t know either. Maybe if the mods were nice enough to move this to the new Injuries and Rehab forum, where I should have put it in the first place, I can get more information.
