Recording a VHS From a DVD

OK, I feel like a dumbass posting this, but I haven’t been able to figure it out and the instruction manual is MIA. I also tried googling but got nowhere.

I have a Sony DVD/VCR combo. I have a couple of borrowed DVDs that I would like to copy onto VHS and I can’t figure out how to do it. It seems really simple, but I have tried all the menus and came up with nothing.

BTW it’s training videos that I’m trying to copy, not that it matters.
