Recomposition Formula?

Hi Paul,
Over the years I’ve seen you share some clients successes post 10-12 week programs you have done with them. Quite often their results are amazing and somehow their before and after pictures are separated by only a few pounds. I was wondering if you could share some insight on how you typically approach these recomp plans. Do you have them do a mini cut followed by a gain? Does the routine vary? You seem to have had some great results with your approach and so I’m genuinely interested in your thoughts. Thank you for any of your knowledge!

Do a recomp! It wouldn’t be very fair of me to cover those things openly when they paid for them.
