Recommended Stacking

Hey guys, I’m going to start a cutting phase next week and need some advice. I just got my huge order in of Red Bands, Alpha Male, ZMA, Surge, Power Drive, and M (All of which I’ll be using for the first time). I also have some Tribex and creatine from a while ago. I’m going to be doing the T-Dawg along with Meltdown. I was wondering if you guys could recommend how to stack all these supplements to get the most out of them. Thanks.

JJ,

All of the supps. that you listed could be stacked all at once simply following the recomendations on the bottle. You may choose to run the Tribex until it runs out, then replace it with the Alpha Male or vise versa.

It should be a very successfull stack. Cutting/limiting fat (dependent on goals/diet), maximize T, limiting est., focus during w/o, optimal pwo nutrition, and improved sleep and possible T boost.

That about wraps up what you could expect. Nail a good diet and keep us informed.

Hope this helped,
Phill

I almost forgot that I am actually using all of these right now myself. I am in a moderate bulk/PCT stage right now coming off a cycle. So I am also using clomid and nolva for another week.

I do plan on using them during this whole bulk though, which I plan on continuing for several months.

Seems to be working good for me, for all the reasons I previously stated.

Indeed all of these can be used at the same time, if money is not a problem it’s actually one of the best natural strategy one could use.

Red bands will really help you shed some fat quickly … I am using it myself right now and I’m simply amazed at the results: I look better EVERYDAY!

Alpha male, M and Tribex will help you maintain muscle mass while dieting down. If you retain more lean body mass you will have a much better looking body once you have shed all the fat. I also find that Tribex and Alpha male are great mood enhancers, inducing a slight, but general, feeling of well being which can always be useful on a diet.

Power Drive, as those who read my “Natural Supercharger” article already know, is one of my favorite supplement. It will help you maintain training intensity while on a calorie restricted diet allowing to maintain your strength which will help you maintain muscle mass in the long run. Power Drive is also great for enhancing congnition and memory. Considering that low carbs diets (such as T-Dawg) can have a negative effect on mental performance, Power Drive will help you keep your concentration and brain power. Finally, Power Drive is also a mood enhancer.

I personally never responded that well to creatine, probably because I eat meat 4-5 times per day (thus already ingesting a lot of creatine from food). If you have it, you can use it, it may help you feel “fuller” because it will increase intramuscular pressure, and may help you indirectly in your dieting efforts by preventing the “flat muscles” feeling you get when you cut carbs. As reasearch has shown, a low intramuscular pressure can lead to catabolism (muscle loss).

I would also add a good caffeine supplement at 200mg taken with your Power Drive servings. This will give you more energy and drive to work out.

Thanks a lot Phil and CT, your help is greatly appreciated.

This is a question for everybody,
How many Red Bands are you guys taking when you diet.

I recently just started with my Red
Bands and I am taking 2 2x/day, 2 before breakfast and 2 about a hour before my workout.

Im taking 4 x 2. No problems at all.

Actually I was also able to get my hands on some Methoxy-7, so I’m wondering if I should add this to the stack as well ? (The stack again is creatine, Tribex, Alpha Male, Red Bands, ZMA, M, Power Drive, Surge).
