This advice is the completely diametral contrarian of what I was expecting to listen. People goes to gym or do physical activity to reduce body fat, to increase testosterone. And also make diets, to increase testosterone.
As other stated, healthy fats have all sorts of good things going for them and the old 90s era “low fat” trend needs to die. The benefits were already discussed above and tagged. Now regarding hormones it’s my belief that if you are say deficient in healthy fats / omegas or just in general, then yes your T levels may improve to a slight degree. I don’t think supercharging your hormones is going to happen through fat intake if your not deficient.
