Just wanted to see everyones opinions on a to maximize testosterone production. Should it comsist of Protien and good fats or include some carbs in there?
diets high in fat will increase testosterone production (iirc polyunsaturated fats are most effective, someone correct me if im wrong) meat (a shit ton of it), eggs (lots), milk, peanut butter (nuts in general), olive oil, etc should get u plenty of fat in your diet.
From what I’ve read, increasing testosterone through diet is hard, even with high fat diets. Those generally just keep levels from going below normal, not actually making them higher.

x2
Increasing saturated fat will only help if you’re not getting enough presently.
Also, I have yet to follow up on my source, but have recently read from a book (The Brain Diet) that Green Tea, High Fiber, Fish Oils, and Soya are all negatively correlated with androgen levels.
The first and the last I expected, if you want to maximize test, maybe study up on the other two (Fiber and Fish Oil) and see if you want to limit those. (I wouldn’t personally though)
Don’t eat below maintenance calories.
Would suggest a multivitamin to cover your bases.
Are you asking as you think your T is below normal?
There was a study where young athletes eating above 2x bw in calories had higher test levels than those who ate under that.
i am asking because i fear my levels may be low or some type of hormone imbalance. I also suspect this because no matter what i weigh, i look and feel soft. I dont like to blame genetics but have come to believe that i will never get below 10%. Do you guys recomend i just eat clean, train and over the years my body will sort itself out?

Maybe you should actually get yourself tested rather than guessing?!
