Your hormone levels are still building up to a steady state, at 4 to 6 weeks you will have twice the amount of testosterone as when you first started. It can take longer for your body to adapt to the new hormonal set-point, 8-12 weeks.

You aren’t expected to reach maximum benefit, or almost full benefit at the 1 year mark. For a small number of men, they experience benefits very quickly.

This is where your genetics come in to play.

As of right now, your testicles are not being stimulated by luteinizing hormone, the dull ache should disappear soon.

Some men can’t tolerate hCG at all, at any dosage, and will cause nothing but problems. That would be mood problems, irritability, anxiety, ED, lower libido and fluid retention.

This is one reason why I don’t recommend it with TRT, unless using it for fertility. In this case, get on, get your wife pregnant, get off.

The majority of men do quite well on TRT once they are dialed in on their protocol.
