Recent Labs Seeking input

Hello,

Recently got labs done for the first time. 46 y/o male. 6’6", 250. Carrying fat in midsection, chest, back, thighs. Had open heart surgery last July. Ran gear from about 2017 to 2023 in high amounts. Only time in my life where I didn’t feel like I had low T. Currently dealing with multiple low T symptoms. Lab results:

Total T: 326.3 ng/dl
Free T: 6.0 pg/ml
e2: 6.3 pg/ml
shbg: 31.7 nmol/L

Still waiting to hear from the doc, but figured I’d look for input here since many of you are probably better versed than a lot of docs. Does this look like damaged HPTA? With the low e2, would enclomiphene still be an option over test injections? Recommended best course of action?

Can you post the lab ranges?
What was the surgery for?

I had valve-sparing aortic root replacement. Had an aneurysm in aortic root

Wouldn’t know. You didn’t test for FSH/LH. You’re clearly low regardless. Assuming you’re cleared for TRT from other medical conditions, you could head straight for injections.
