hey guys . i have been on TRT for a year now
started on 210 mg split 3 times a week .
had trouble with free T being too low, started boron 6 mg to get it higher and also went to 180 mg split 3 times a week .
had to stop boron because of some issues with liver .
after everything was good with liver ,started boron again at 10 mg and 210 mg test

|TESTOSTERONE|16.02|ng/ml|3.5 - 8.6|
from these labs , test seems to be a bit high .
i feel tired by around 1 pm every day.
having trouble falling a sleep and i wake up a lot during the night .
No libido, no sex drive .
can it be my dosage thats too high ?? will that affect my free T levels ?? need help please
I have never seen these units or ranges before, donāt even know where to begin.
Your estrogen is on the low side.
Thatās more than likely testosterone related.
You need to provide more labs because itās difficult to tell whatās going on with only two lab tests.
SHBG would be nice. Some guys on TRT have high testosterone, but low estrogen and these guy will struggle. These men need hCG in conjunction with their TRT.
Define suboptimal? Is youāre in the 500s and have a balanced endocrine system, many would consider that more optimal than having 1000+ and having all these other things out of wack.
I think a big problem is that we constantly say ātreat the symptoms not the numberā because of course we just want to legally take test (nothing wrong with that). Unfortunately, the symptoms of low T just happen to be the same symptoms you experience with hundreds of other ailments. Itās interesting that in the beginning we completely disregard the labs unless they fit our narrative, but then we 1000% rely on labs once we get our T.
