Realistic TRT Recomp Progress

No worries brother. I’m glad to type it all out, because even it doesn’t apply to you specifically, I guarantee you that somebody reading this randomly needs to hear that!

I sure wish somebody would have told me that shit before I figured it out the hard way…I would have been in a much happier and healthier relationship for a lot longer than I have been if they had!

Oh don’t get me wrong, I figured it out the hard way too lol but I’m here now so :man_shrugging:

So many of us love Defy that I worry about what the hell would happen if they got shut down. Have to think other places are catching up in terms of infrastructure, though, so there can’t only be one Defy for that much longer. Hopefully soon they’ll be popping up in every state. I like the telemedicine model but it’d be great to see someone in person every now and then.

I’ve worried about that too. I’d probably contact the guy @dextermorgan keeps talking about for $150 a month or just do UGL stuff and go with it. It’s annoying that that’s probably the cheapest option of all.

Who’s that guy?

Not a clue lol. But I think you pay the guy and you get prescribed T sent to you every month and you can use it however you want. I think it was $150 a month though.

That’s what I do. It costs $126 and includes needles, prep pads, lab work every 6 months, and Arimidex if needed.

You can buy your own needles and they’ll take $4/month off. Might be true with Arimidex as well, I need to ask them because I don’t take it.

It’s a TRT clinic that several pro bodybuilders use. They don’t give out drugs in a dark alley (unless that’s your shipping address). They are just a little more lenient than these 100mg/Total T max of 600 places.

Just sent you an email, Dex

Sounds like a really good setup if all you need is T. I have some other stuff in the mix, but would love to move toward T-only eventually

@bkb333 When you switched to dosing every 3 days from everyday did you keep the same weekly dosage? If so did you have bloods to compare the two? Just wondering if you had a dramatic drop in levels.

I did keep the same dosage but don’t have bloods to compare the two. I didn’t feel any difference, though. I don’t believe 3X-7X makes that big a difference if you’re injecting the same amount in total.

I dont believe I would feel much different either, as i haven’t felt much difference between subq vs im or 800-1300mg/dl. Just dont want to have the doc question me if my levels came back much different.

Fellas, I am traveling (via plane) Wednesday-Friday. I usually take Ipamorelin every night, but it has to be refrigerated, and I am thinking of leaving it at home – taking my usual amount Wednesday in the AM (instead of nighttime), skipping Thursday, then picking it back up again at bedtime (my usual injection time) Friday PM. Do you think this would throw me ‘off my game’ or be problematic?

It will be fine. I had to travel a week ago and opted to leave my HGH at home. Didn’t feel a thing. Just jumped back on when I got home.

And HGH is that goooood stuff

Yep. I love it! Hard to justify $7/day to the wife in addition to my other goodies, though.

Lol, I get it. That’s definitely pretty pricey. Hard to pick and choose between everything we want!

I’m about to start this! I’ve got a few questions. Do things like rear delts get worked enough through compound exercises that they don’t require specific targeting? When it comes to work out plans I’ve always used pre-set plans it’s just this one is a bit different than what I’m used to (which is one reason I want to try it).

(Sorry to hijack the thread will keep it short)

The rear delts should get plenty of support work on back day, and there is also 1 isolation exercise on shoulder day. The 1 arm cable lateral raise.

Start this movement with the working arm away from the frame and the handle at about 45 degrees. So if you are working the left side, put your right shoulder toward the cable frame and place the pulley position down low. Reach across the front of your body and grab the handle and stand with slightly bent knees, and a tad bit bent over at the waist. Pull the raise in a very small arc, keeping the elbow just slightly bent. Kind of in between a true standing DB lateral raise movement, and a reverse fly. This is meant to target the rear delt if you’ve got the arc right.

Do it with very light weights until you get the mind muscle connection figured out.
