Realistic TRT Recomp Progress

Enough shilling.

No one is shilling anything, I was just trying to be helpful and provide some info I had. I’m just a random guy on the internet not affiliated with Defy in any way other than as being a patient.

@The_Myth - Not shilling here dude, was asking a question based on someone’s comment.

It’s cool.

Everybody talks about that online clinic, but you can get much better care in your own city, often for less.

Guys get desperate, and they see the clinic name, and all of these guys talk about how great they are, and, I am sure they are, but I see my guy, an Endo/Internist and he hooks me up. Cost me $70 a year for Testosterone.

I’m a snow flake, I just shoot up 140mg a week, no AI, no nothing, easy AF.

Others need some more support. But, most of us make it too complicated.

I mean really, when you were twenty and your T was 900, did you need an AI? HCG? DHEA? Pregnenolone.

Some of us do need it, but for most, we can just shoot up once a week and call it good.

FWIW, I shoot E5D 100mg subq. I works for me. But, sometimes I blast, then I do 180E3D, no AI, no HCG, nothing else.

It’s really not that complicated.

To whoever flagged my previous post as inappropriate…

Why? Do you really think that I work for Defy or that I am advocating on their behalf? Lol

I was merely warning anyone who does use Defy that they charge a fee for providing paperwork. Didn’t want them to be blind sided if they made the request and was told they have to pay.

Me too actually. Go to a urologist. I take 40mg EOD and that’s it. I’m generally happy, but was more curious if ā€œmanaged careā€ covered by insurance could be better than doing these things on my own.

Mine is on insurance, hence my $60 per year cost,

$800 a year, they are taking advantage of people.

Same. Really ridiculous that our posts got reported for providing advice.

I think your person is really doing dry needling since what you described is not acupuncture according to traditional Chinese medicine. No matter what they call it, it just matters that it helps! I just wanted the original guy to know that there is a difference. He should make sure to get the one that is poking the spot that is tight/hurts, not the one that pokes your foot to make your liver feel better.

How did you find this doctor. Lots of people on here went to several before finding one that would treat them.

The Doc I go to is out of network for me but does file with my insurance, I am supposed to cover 20% of what is billed to insurance but it’s not clear how much that’s gonna be. I like the doc but once I have my protocol set, I’ll start looking around for someone that will continue treatment that is in network.

Legit question, in NY, not that easy.

I was already on, switched to a doc my brother in law saw, and just told him, I want to shoot myself (T).

He let me.

He makes my brother in law come in every week. He tests nothing, jus regular CBC, doesn’t want to know about E2 or anything else.

I order a female hormone panel from another lab once a year to check it, costs me a hundred.

I also had terrible experiences with local endos. They were clueless. Most didn’t even know what SHBG was…seriously. No shilling, but Defy has been great for me. And my insurance covers it.

I flagged them. Promoting any business is antithetical to this forum, and I’m going to flag the last one too.

If they are competent at treating and helping those with TRT, when so many struggle…

why?

Well, I’ll tell you why. I’m running a trt business now, so hit me up. I’ll sell you vials of testosterone for $70 plus shipping.

It’s called Mythical Juice, so just gimme a call and I will hook you up. HCG, no problem, needles, I got em all. See my website and Ill teach you how to shoot.

Bitcoins only. Legit UGL Test, Dbol, anything you want, hit me up.

I am, of course, sarcastic AF, but you get the point.

I have no idea what you are talking about, and do not get what point you are making.

That said, I respect your opinion on the matter and would just like to politely agree to disagree.

I’m in NY too. I went to one Endo and one TRT specialist. Endo would not treat me with TRT, told me to loose weight. TRT specialist told me you are going to struggle to loose weight with sub 200 T and even if you do, good chance you’ll still be low.

I took the easy way and stuck with the TRT guy.

Still waiting to see what the TRT specialist ends up costing. but even if it’s 2k to 3k, I’d say it’s worth it just for how much my relationship with my wife (mood, libido) has improved. Hoping to see the health and fitness of the benefits in the future.

Maybe I could’ve lost weight and felt better without TRT but it would’ve taken time and I would’ve been shitty trying to do it.

Where in NY?

It’s hard to get a doc to let you self inject.

I’d tell you but you’ll report me.

I couldn’t help but laugh thinking he wanted to know where you lived. The childish part of me wanted him to make a recommendation so I could report it :joy:
