You should do a little side research on lectins and ways to block them.
Too much data for me to lay it all out right here, but I know you well enough I think to know that you can take that simple direction and know everything you need to know fairly quickly.
Little research tip… cutting lectins out of your diet is damn near impossible, so focus your research more on natural and supplemental ways to block them.
It was going great (I posted a 2 week progress pic in the credentials thread), and then it went into quarantine with everything and everybody else!! LMAO!!
Gym’s are supposed to open back up in a couple weeks though and then it’s back on.
I have been keeping the calories up so I went backwards as far as BF goes, but the added calories have kept me from losing too much muscle mass in the meantime as well, so it’s a good trade off.
It’s much easier to shed a little fat than it is to recoup muscle loss!!
@kpc012 Good news, guys. UPS told me my shipment was on hold, and they weren’t answering my messages. I figured there was a chance I’d end up behind on medications. Today, however, the package unexpectedly arrived. I’m hopeful yours will be pushed through and are in transit as well!
Ahh, so I’m guessing you haven’t gotten that home gym utopia set up in the new place yet? Damn! I was hoping you’d be able to crank out workouts during this downtime. I’m more grateful for my home gym now than I ever have been before.
My hands hurt from gripping bands. This morning I was cooking and like, “what the fuck is wrong with my hands…oh right those god damn bands”. Even more arrived today. A few more weeks they should make a nice noose.
The Deca has arrived! But I don’t plan to start until I reach my desired level of leanness. I’m currently 12% and working my way down to 8-9%. I want to compare my peeled physique in 2020 to that of 2019.
Once I get there, I plan to eat at maintenance - not gonna go crazy with bulking - and simply see what the Deca does.
Additionally, I’m pretty resigned to the fact that my next T order - whenever that happens - will be for cream. Injections just have never done it for my libido, even at this very high dose (266/week) and injecting daily. Inconvenient as it is, I think the scrotal cream is my best option.
I might try mixing cream and injections at the start just to use up my oil-based T. I know that’s hard to dial in, but it could alleviate some of the logistical problems of cream (like never having enough).
What is your maintenance cal? Is coming off hypo caloric intake the best time to start a cycle? Let alone just eating at maintenance? Im not sure you’ll be giving your body the building blocks it needs.
My maintenance is about 2200, and I’ve been eating 1950. I’ll likely need to go as far down as 1800 to get the last bit of fat off, though.
I think, given that I’m not really cycling (100 mg Deca), eating at maintenance should be sufficient. I’m not trying to blow up in a short period, more so curious how Deca will make a difference (if at all) when everything else is normalized.
Damn, both of those are crazy to me, haha. I don’t know how I would physically eat 2400 calories a day without it being fried fast food. I guess you get used to it. I’ve never been able to eat much for whatever reason. Small stomach? I dunno.
