Dude my buddy’s doc has him using 1.5 inch!
My doc started me with 3ml, 22 gauge 1.5 inch needless too. I was so excited for my first injection, it didn’t matter… But when I pulled the needle out and saw a hole still, I didn’t like that.
I’ve switched to the more common slin pins now.
With a smaller gauge like a 30 do you have problems pushing in the test? I use 27 and feel like I have to mash on it for a while. I do 1/2 cc twice a week
I go super slow so it hasn’t really been an issue but yeah I’m sure it’s harder to push down. I’ve been using 1/2cc syringes. How hard you have to push depends on the diameter of the syringe, diameter/length of needle and viscosity of the oil. Short needle and skinny syringe is “easier” than the opposite
What gauge do you use? I use 5/8 inch 27 gage for test and 31 gauge 3/8 inch for GH
30g 1/2” 0.5cc
28g 1/2 inch needle is my personal fave. Best of both worlds.
I would see what it is in a couple months once you’ve been on the dose longer. You’re HCT is low if anything for 250mg/week. There’s plenty of guys on 100mg/week with higher HCT.

I’ve experimented with 25g, 27g, 28g, and 30g. I like 30g 1/2" in the best. It does take longer to push out, but not that long, and it’s worth it to me because I don’t feel anything. The annoying part is how long it takes to draw.
What’s everyone’s go-to pre-lifting meal?
The one I have pretty much every day is 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop protein (been using vegan from True Nutrition, no digestive issues), either 1/2 cup blueberries or 1/2 banana, and 1 tbsp peanut butter.
~400 cals, 43 carb, 34 protein, 13 fat

How long before you lift do you eat that meal?
90 minutes usually, 2 hours sometimes because the oatmeal is pretty slow-digesting
I usually do oats, turkey bacon, egg whites.

I usually eat 5 meals and 2 shakes a day so portions will probably seem small.
1/2 cup oats dry measured
5/8 cup whites
1 whole egg
2 pieces of turkey bacon
I was wondering if you’d get a whole egg in there! I watched a video with John Meadows and Eric Serrano where they discussed how it’s important to have a bit of fat (like 10g) in the preworkout meal. Do you lift in the AM? How long after this meal?
