Anavar has no place in a TRT regimen. Neither does Nandrolone which also seems to be commonly prescribed these days at Anti Aging clinics. Regardless, if you want to use it just be honest with yourself that its a mini cycle. Also, keep it short as its harsh on the lipids. Regarding the tests you were referring to a CBC w/lipid panel for the physical (remember to fast) and a CMP for liver function.

@blshaw has some experience I think with anavar and replied with some good info about it.
