avoid I understand your outrage over the scum that killed the dog. and in a perfect world YES he should spend time in jail, but I also have a problem that this guy is going to jail and rapists,killers,muggers,ect… have to be let out early because of a lack of space, I just think I would rather have a rapist locked up for x amount more time (personaly I think a rapist, other than statatory when the guy is 16 and the girl is 15 and they are dateing and the poor shmuck gets convicted of rape, should be locked up for life) than someone like this guy(scum). the other thing that seems weird is the reward, and yes I do think it is great that people/org’s donated money to help catch this guy, I just think that $120,000 could feed alot of people. please I DO understand your outrage, I just don’t think enough people care about PEOPLE (which I am sure you do because you took the time to respond to this thread) let us know if you hear anything else about the kid&uncle.
