Not fair. He wasn’t ready.

George Dillman sounds like Steve (aka the ‘Clueless Competitor’) in that vid:

Its funny, as a Kid I remember reading a book from Bruce Lee and he talked about Chi. He said He imagines Chi as a Energy that he pushes out thru his FIST. hahaha ahhh No magic! Man he was a cool MOFO.

Clip kinda related…hahah magic chi punches hahahah people ahhaha Ok sorry

Looks like the Chi Master learned the one word that all fighters fear: FAIL!

That Chi master video is staged. It’s some kind of commercial of some sorts, but I can’t remember of what exactly.

Actually these guys are seriously trying to sell this BS as legitimate self defence. The first video, versus the MMA fighter is part of a longer segment in the Bullshido video series. What he does actually works, in the way same that what a stage/nightclub hypnotist does works.

That other Dillman guy was all over the net flogging his no-touch KO crap. And people bought it.

For real.

Seriously.

Well, then it’s still a commercial thing. I remember reading about it because I already investigated when I first watched the video, but I really can’t remember any details.

Yeah. This type of thing operates on the same principles as hypnosis. There’s another video of a Dillman student attempting to KO a skeptic (it might’ve been an ep. of Mind, Body and Kick Ass Moves). He fails, then explains that it only works on a percentage of people - the figures were more or less the same as those touted by hypnotists when they say that there are a certain number of people who are ‘hypnosis-proof’.

I believe it’s held that something like 7/10 people are open to suggestion.

Of course, from a real life self defence perspective, it might be difficult to get 7/10 muggers, rapists and drunken douhebag fratboys to hold up while you hypnotize them before the ultra-violence starts.

Just sayin’

lol i remember that episode, It was Stephan Bonnar rolling in the background if i’m not wrong.

He stated that fighters have a more agressive mindset so the chi flow doesn’t work on them.

Yey! i guess he can start chi knocking out old ladies at least.

You could practice this a million times and still not be able to do this. Especially outside where the slightest breeze can effect the movement of the bb in any direction. Even an imperfection in the bb itself could cause it to go off course. No, this dude has a talent no one on this board has.[/quote]

lulz really?
