hey T-Nation. Just found this amazing site not to long ago. I’ve been out of the gym for about 3 months now due to a dislocated shoulder. But now I’m back and with a whole new attitude.
My workouts were very light, very short. and pretty lazy to say the least. Since I’ve been reading forums on this website for the last week and watching an Arnold compilation on youtube.com It has really given me a new perspective for working out.
I have an incredibly fast metabolism. I’m naturally a very small skinny build.
Anyways. I’m looking to bulk up. What are your recommendations? I’ve somehow developed a vigor to explode.
Also my main question. I’ve been researching Androbolix to see if its right for me. But i’m not getting very far with my research. I need some professional comments on this. Should I spend that kind of money? what are the side affects? or should I just stick with a solid diet, meats, carbs, omega fatty acids, what about BCAA’s? testostorone boosters. hormone boosters? I’m kind of like a pile of clay asking to be molded.
Well from that picture you already look like you’ve been working out for a little while, makes me think that genetics are on your side. Good physique now, and if you keep up this current motivation you should develop very nicely. The only problem is people usually lose it, so I hope you keep at it, good luck!

Actually no, not looking at all. I left out the fact that I’ve been working out now for about almost 3 years only because I realize there are probably a lot more experienced people in here than me. So as to place them above myself out of respect for the more experienced.
