My goal is to achieve a great great physique.
Well i started training in 2015 and trained very consistent until 2019 then i stopped, then i began in 2020 and stopped again due to covid and so on.
Now im 29 and i finally wanna achieve my goal to be big and lean.
currently I am 185cm and weigh 95kg.
Back then in 2015 i had some progress but for 4 years it wasnt good I guess, wanna look like a jacked Instamodel.
I trained with an upper/lower mainly compound movements I guess with too much intensity.
Dont know how to start now …with full body ? Am I a newbie ? I had a short break now for 6-8 Weeks due to injury.
What training equipment do you have access to?
What cooking equipment do you have access to? Do you know HOW to cook?
What injury are you recovering from?

Can you describe this a little more specifically?
Like 185cm, 110kg, at 10% body fat.
It would be nice to know what your current 185cm at 95kg looks like. What is your approximate strength compared to others at the gym?
I’m sure this is achievable by anyone’s standards 
Not shitting on your dreams, just know that you are chasing something that does not exist in real life.
BUT obtaining a great physique is completely attainable… just not an IG physique.
I’m guessing that at 95kg you need to lean out a good bit. Any training modality will work, so find some that you think you’ll enjoy and follow them accordingly (doing so in combination with proper sleep and diet).
