Yes sir! All good here.
I’m kind of doing my own thing, which ends up being bro-y (so basically no change) but with cleans and jumps and stuff here and there. Once or twice a week I’ll do full goofball circuits a la Alsruhe minus any impressive weights. I’ve gotten a bit heavier than I like, so I’ve started tightening food choices up and it’s starting to come off without any real restriction.
I know I should log, but just don’t feel like it lately.
